Our name is our job description
The L&C in Dawon L&C stands for Link & Communications. We link fragmented channels and systems, then make it possible for brands to talk to their customers on top of that foundation. That is what we do — and it is all we do.
Link
Kakao platform, your commerce site, CRM, back office. We place a secure integration layer between systems that were never designed to talk to each other — without touching what already works.
Communications
Integration is a means, not an end. On top of connected data, we design the message scenarios, run the sending, monitor operations and report back — so the right message reaches the right customer at the right moment.
Build and run — under one roof
Splitting the developer and the message provider creates gaps where accountability disappears. At Dawon L&C, one team owns design, development, review and day-to-day operations end to end.
Kakao Sync integration
From opening a business channel and creating a Kakao Developers app to designing consent scopes, registering terms and passing Kakao's review — we handle the entire onboarding.
- Business channel & biz app setup
- Simple-signup & extended consent scopes
- Terms registration & review handling
Middleware & API development
We integrate without modifying your global commerce platform. Member mapping, duplicate account merging and consent synchronization are all absorbed by the middleware layer.
- OAuth callback proxy & token handling
- Existing member ↔ Kakao account mapping
- Channel-add & unlink webhook handling
AlimTalk & FriendTalk operations
Beyond order and delivery notices — appointment confirmations, repair intake and completion, VIP invitations. We design scenarios that fit your brand experience and own the template review process.
- Scenario & template design
- Template registration & rejection handling
- SMS / LMS fallback on failed delivery
CRM & data pipeline
Member records and marketing consents collected through Kakao Sync are loaded into your existing CRM or CDP with full integrity. Campaigns only work when the data actually flows.
- Member & consent data sync
- Duplicate & conflict resolution
- Segment-driven messaging
Compliance & security
We design the consent architecture, review it against Korean privacy law, and produce the documentation your global head-office security review will ask for.
- Consent design & legal review
- English tech docs & security Q&A
- Access control & audit logging
Managed operations & reporting
Go-live is not the finish line. Template updates, delivery monitoring, incident response and monthly performance reporting — all delivered against a defined SLA.
- Ongoing template management
- Delivery monitoring & incident response
- Monthly delivery & performance report
We prevent the problems we have already lived through
Kakao integration projects rarely slip because the code is hard. They slip at predictable choke points: review rejections, member data collisions, and head-office approval delays.
We don't touch your existing platform
Commerce platforms run by a global head office are rarely open to local modification. By placing our middleware outside the platform, we keep the scope that needs head-office approval to a minimum.
Your existing members stay intact
If you already use Kakao Login and a new app is created, every existing member has to sign up again. Our pre-project audit catches irreversible mistakes like this before a single line of code is written.
We manage the review lead time
Business channel verification, app-channel linking, extended consent scopes, template registration — every step has a review, and every rejection costs schedule. We submit only after the known rejection triggers are removed.
We document to global standards
Passing head-office IT, security and legal review requires English architecture documents, data-flow diagrams and security questionnaires. These come as standard, alongside the Korean deliverables.
From kickoff to go-live in 8–12 weeks
A realistic timeline that already accounts for Kakao's review cycles and head-office security clearance. For multi-brand groups we recommend launching one brand first, then rolling out sequentially.
- PHASE 1
Audit & requirements
We audit your existing channel and app structure, review the member data model, and lock down the entity structure and consent design per brand.
2–3 weeks
- PHASE 2
Kakao asset setup
Business channel verification, biz app creation, app-channel linking and consent-scope applications — all the Kakao-side review procedures.
2–4 weeks (incl. review)
- PHASE 3
Development & QA
We build the middleware and validate member mapping, consent sync and message flows in staging — while head-office security review runs in parallel.
4–6 weeks
- PHASE 4
Launch & operate
After cutover we continue delivery monitoring and template management, then onboard the remaining brands one by one.
